How do I use the guest list format?
One line per invitation, as 'Name | party size | side | rsvp | meal'. Only the name is required - 'Rosa & Miguel | 2 | bride | yes | chicken' is a complete entry, and the header counts update live: invited, confirmed, and awaiting reply.
Should I track households or individual guests?
Households (one line per invitation, with a party size) for the invite and RSVP phase - it matches how invitations and reply cards actually work. Switch to per-person detail only for the meal counts your caterer needs, which the meal column carries.
What percentage of invited guests typically attend?
Plan on 75-85% acceptance for a local wedding and 60-75% when significant travel is involved. If your venue caps at 120, you can comfortably invite around 140-150 - and this tracker shows the real number climbing as replies land.
Are my guests' names uploaded anywhere?
No - and for this template that is the whole point. A guest list is a list of real names and family relationships; here it is assembled by JavaScript in your browser, printed through your browser's dialog, and never transmitted.
Can I print a blank list to fill in by hand?
