As-is, in your browser

FileKiln's converters and templates run as client-side code in your browser and are provided free, as-is, without warranty of any kind — including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and availability. Verify output that matters: check converted files before relying on them, review generated G-code before printing, and proofread documents before signing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Templates are not legal advice

The document templates (contracts, consent forms, estimates, and the rest) are general-purpose starting points, not legal advice, and FileKiln is not a law firm. Requirements vary by jurisdiction; have a local professional review any document you rely on in business. You are responsible for what you sign and what you ask others to sign.

Your content is yours

Anything you type, paste, or load into a FileKiln tool stays on your machine and remains entirely yours. The site's own content — text, design, code — belongs to its operator. Open-source engines credited on tool pages belong to their respective projects under their licenses.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, and don't use the tools to produce documents that misrepresent, defraud, or violate the rights of others.
